It’s cherry blossom season, which is enough to inspire a fresh, new cocktail. Introducing our Cherry Blossom Petals, complete with a dusting of the dainty flowers that are blooming and blowing around Vancouver right now.

CHERRY BLOSSOM PETALS
1.5oz gin
.5oz maraschino liquor
.5oz hibiscus cherry syrup
1oz lemon juice
egg white
Peychauds bitters
pinch of fresh picked cherry blossom petals

  • Combine all ingredients except petals in a shaker glass; add ice and shake
  • Strain into martini-style glass; sprinkle with cherry blossom petals
