Join us in welcoming our new Executive Chef, Chris Andraza!

Formerly a “meat and potatoes guy” from Southern Ontario, his eyes were opened wide to the world of west coast seafood in his early days of chef training in Vancouver, including a deep love for oysters.

It was his Executive Chef role at Rodney’s Oyster Bar in Yaletown that fuelled his passion; then Fanny Bay Oysters when he helped open their flagship oyster bar near BC Place Stadium. And although bivalves have been a specialty in recent years, he’s bringing an eclectic surf and turf style to LIFT, working with his new team to develop a wide variety of new menu items.
