Red Rocket
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 1.5 oz chilled rooibos tea
- 1 oz pandan syrup
- .5oz lemon
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Cocktail Bitters
- fresh mint
Mix liquids and serve on the rocks with a mint garnish.
