Red Rocket

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • 1.5 oz chilled rooibos tea
  • 1 oz pandan syrup
  • .5oz lemon
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Cocktail Bitters
  • fresh mint

Mix liquids and serve on the rocks with a mint garnish.
