1 ½ oz Empress 1908 Gin
½ oz Crème de Violette
½ oz chamomile syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
egg white
- Combine all Ingredients in shaker glass; emulsify with a hard dry shake
- Add ice; shake and strain into coupe glass NEAT
- Garnish with a single mint leaf
