- 1 oz. Cassis
- 1/2 oz. Aperol
- 3 oz. Cava sparkling wine
- soda water
- berries (mix or one of: raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
Muddle berries and mint with Cassis and Aperol in a large snifter; add ice and top with Cava and soda water.
